Formed in mid 2008, Rentedsmile Web Design was created to aid those who want an online presence with a personal touch. Specialising in web applications and database driven websites, whilst also offering a good range of quality services such as brand management, logo designs, email template design, and online advertisements & flyer design, we have outstanding knowledge of all things web based, and even greater skills in more specific areas of web development such as PHP and AJAX.

About Jamie Bicknell
That's me, the creator of Rentedsmile Web Design - currently 24 years old and living in Southampton. I am a keen web design enthusiast and have been since my early college days in 2003. What started as a hobby has now become a successful career.
My first website was for a gaming clan in a well-known game called Worms. After several months of dabbling in HTML, I felt I could do so much more, so I began learning PHP and MySQL.
Since then, I have attended University of Farnborough College where I received a distinction for my foundation degree in Internet Computing (Awarded by University of Surrey). During second year, I co-taught the City and Guilds evening course in Advanced Web Design Concepts, where I was regarded as the "PHP Guru."
Since then things have escalated very fast and now I am the Web Designer and Developer of my own company - Rentedsmile Web Design.
